Outstanding Extra Extra Hot Caramel Latté! I was thrilled to learn he roasts his own beans and got a pound of Columbian Whole Bean Medium Roast to go. Great service and a very enjoyable chat. What else could one want!?
The vibe is very laid back and some of the best coffee in the area! Come and sit a spell, enjoy a nice drink, and the atmosphere and chatting with the patrons!
The scones are outstanding as well!
I’m picky about my coffee and Shamballa is absolutely awesome. Just ordered a mocha and it is perfect. This is probably the best mocha I’ve ever tasted.
It’s got to be the beans as Emmitt, the owner of Shamballa Café and Coffee Roasters, roasts and grinds the beans himself. I usually go to a large chain coffee place, but I definitely won’t when I’m here in Baldwinsville. Shamballa is simply amazing.
