It was a soggy snowy day and the cilantro landed in a muddy puddle. I picked it up and brought it to the nearest worker. Our conversation went like this…. Me: Hello I’m so sorry I dropped this cilantro on the floor. Her: Yea? Me: What would you like me to do with it? Her: You can put it back on the shelf. Me: Ummm It was on the soggy floor. Her: Yup! That’s why we tell you to wash your produce. She then takes the cilantro and puts it back!!!! 🤢🤷🏻‍♀️ After she walked away, I grabbed the floor cilantro (I can’t have someone buy that) and brought it to a manager at customer service. The manager fully agreed with me that it was disgusting to put it back. Not sure if that lady was having a bad day or if this is company policy but warning to all my Cicero shoppers……..wash that produce!!!“

“We had lunch here today and everything was amazing! Our Dad asked about Sloppy Joes and the server pointed out that they didn’t have them on the menu but suggested the brisket grilled cheese. Before our food arrived the serve came out with a specially made sloppy Joe for our Dad. He ate the whole thing and said it was delicious! I had the brisket grilled cheese and that was very yummy! For the chef to make a custom dish was so unexpected and very much appreciated. It was nice to see Dad happy and have a full belly!!!! We will be back for sure!“

“Syracuse halal gyros food is 100/10… huge portions, reasonable prices, and absolutely delicious. They are open late which is great because there aren’t many options open late these days. When we picked up our order the gentleman behind the counter offered us a huge “sample” of chicken and rice so we could try their (new?) green sauce which was also delicious. “My husband and I had such an amazing time at Margaritas! The service was absolutely outstanding, staff were so attentive, friendly, and on top of everything all night. Our server, Alexandra (Alex), was fantastic and truly made the experience. Management was also present and clearly invested in making sure guests are well taken care of, which we really appreciated.

“We were seated immediately even though there were a ton of vehicles in the parking lot. Had our drinks in less than 2 minutes of sitting down. Our food came in a timely manner. The waitress was attentive without being intrusive. The manager made a brief stop to see how we were enjoying our meal.

Idk what they put in the seafood noodle soup CHAMBONG, but I have gotten it for four years and never been happier in my life. “Stella's is one of my favorite places for fish on Friday. They have it fried, broiled or grilled. Recently I was there and ordered mashed potatoes with my fish. I did not specify without gravy. When the waitress brought my dinner I was upset because it had gravy. She took them back to the kitchen. When she returned it seemed that I had more than before. Unfortunately I am allergic to gluten, which was in the gravy. For the last 2 days, I have been having symptoms related to eating gluten.“

“This spot is a local GEM! probably the best sandwitch I have tried in Syracuse thus far. I had the banh mi with eggs , this is an option if you don’t eat pork . The coffee was amazing as well.
