“I broughtmy son for his 16th Birthday celebration. He is a steak lover and is a fan of steak chains which is easy on my pocketbook! He prefers other local chains but I had a GC I wanted to use ASAP in leu of the closing of many Outback locations nationwide and several in NYS. A very pleasant visit with all welcomingstaff. Our waiter Josh was very on point and attentive. Our beverages were brought out quickly and fresh hot bread. I ordered the new Watermelon Cocktail which really isn’t in season for Central NY but was refreshing and blended well all the refreshing citrus tastes of Spring to come. I loved the Kuala Bear floating on top (that is really why I ordered it!)? Blooming Onion to start, Rib Eye Steak, with Mac and Cheese, and Fries for him. I ordered the three course meal with garden salad , 6 oz Sirloin, and twice baked potato. Everything was delicious just my sirloin was closer to rare than medium rare but I take much of my meal to go and rare is easy to reheat without over reheating. So much food for the price and much to go. I gave my son the cheesecake that came with my three course meal. It looked like probably frozen prepackaged but he enjoyed it nonetheless. Very pleasant visit, I hope our local branch is not on the chopping block! We would be very sad to see it go.“
“Went there for Easter this year and I picked out a beautiful 14 oz ribeye. My brother ended up getting the steak I choose cooked the way he wanted at med rare with the mushrooms also that ordered with mine. Happy Easter ? all was good but slightly “
“Unbelievably good. Quite possibly the best steak I've ever had. I had the 16oz boneless steak au poivire and it was so tender and and full.of flavor. Nearly melted in my mouth. For my appetizer I had the poutine. The serving was generous and the fries were crisp not soggy underneath the gravy. And the service... The bartender Jeff provided some of the best service I've ever had. Without a doubt one of the top places in Syracuse and I highly recommend a visit when you are in the area.Parking: Located at Best Western hotel.“
“Went for an early dinner with my friends after the Home & Garden show today at the Exposition Center. It was dark in the dining area but our eyes became adjusted. We were waited on promptly and ordered some glasses of red wine. I love NY strip steak so I had to go with that. I chose a baked potato and mixed vegetables. It was cooked perfectly at medium rare and the potato was cooked perfectly with butter and sour cream on the side. The vegetables were mixed and tasty (not mushy which I appreciated). I could only eat half my meal because I saved room for desert. I had the cream brûlée which was creamy with the topping perfectly torched. The waitress was amazing and made us feel relaxed and took care of us. A very pleasant experience and I will be back when I want an amazing steak.“

“Hadn't eaten at this restaurant for several years, but glad I stopped today for lunch as I had a great meal. I ordered the Chop Steak with a side of french fries. First to arrive was my drink with complimentary bread. The bread had a delicious yeasty honey-bran flavor which I enjoyed with some butter while waiting for my entree. The meat in the large burger patty was lightly packed, juicy, and cooked perfectly to order. The bordelaise sauce with mushrooms (I asked that the caramelized onions be omitted) was delicious and the fries were hot and crispy. Overall, a very enjoyable lunch at a very reasonable price. The interior of the restaurant is well appointed, and the service was outstanding. I will be back soon to try other items on their menu.“
“ordered a $34 Texas porterhouse, rare, and the steak was completely cooked through. Sent the steak back, which I don't like doing, and don't really want to have to do at a steakhouse. When you order it rare, it shouldn't come well done... Another steak was brought, and it was medium rare/rare, and a couple of fake grill lines on it.Long story short, the people that work at this place are lovely, and very kind, but most of the appetizers and food is frozen, and the steaks aren't worth what they charge.also, the side salads can be measured In grams. they do a good good job of using them a bowl that makes the salad look bigger, like a push-up bra for a salad.“
