Everytime I order ahead I have to wait 15 plus minutes. This was the 2nd time i tried this one. Why order ahead. 1 car was here ahead of me. The parking lot was empty. 5 cars were behind me in drive thru and left while I waited. My order was simple.No matter the drive thru or curbside. The worst Mc donalds I've been too. I'm Never coming back.
Unfortunately today wasn't a good day. As I always say, I prefer not to complain, but I figure it can help to improve things.Our order was simple. Medium fries, quarter pound with cheese and Filet-o fish. Not cheap either- $15 .They forgot the fries. Ok, mistakes happen. My fish sandwich was totally messed up, the fish half out of the bread, couldn't "rearrange " it, because it was stuck on the bread... just disappointing...It could've been very busy, people stressed...read full review

The young lady that took our order was courteous, but when we received our fries, they were cold. I went back around and let them know. She took the fries and asked us to pull up, and they would bring fresh fries out. So we waited for a second time only to realize that all they did was put the cold fries back in the hot oil and then return them to us. I should have tasted them immediately, but I never thought they would do something like that. The food was not good today!!
