I have to say that there is a worker that should not be on her phone when she is on the clock working. You can't concentrate on the customers order and get it right if you are focused on your phone call. Then you have Jon. He is very hard working and goes above and beyond for his customers. I see raise in his future. Then you have a worker that has problems at home and takes it out on her co workers. She shouldn't do that. I love coming to this Dunkin only.
