Last time we stop at this Dunkin Donuts, we stop here often as I work with Handicapped Individual. However, this will be the last time we stop again. We ordered thru the drive thru and after doing so the individual I work with said he need to use the restroom, so we drive right around and he went in to use the restroom and they told him they wouldn't unlock it because he didn't buy anything , absolutely disgraceful and will not go to this Dunkin again and will pass to other staff that work with me or in the same field as I do, so they know this as well. This is totally sad they would turn him down as he has to go bad. Signed Last time at this Dunkin and hope others would find another Dunkin in Fulton as well.

These ladies are amazing. Always friendly and the only store that makes my coffee correctly!!! Ordered a black coffee and shot of expresso. Received a coffee with four sugars in it...in addition to not being interested in taking the right orders, it also took ANY staff member (all four of them in the place and only one other person already sitting at a table taken care of) two songs to address the counter at all. Store has a stale mop water smell, and employees body oder and wet cigarette smells were stronger than the coffee smell.

Coming from a daily customer. Jasmine the smart mouth assistant manager is a disgusting worker who’s disrespect and blatant rudeness to my family and I will not go unnoticed. Count your days working as a Dunkin employee!
It took the longest time for anyone to acknowledge us and the young lady with the long blond ponytail was annoyed when we asked for the bathroom

I drove 30 minutes to get a nice cup of hot coco from Dunkin. When I arrived I was greeted with a bit of a rude worker . I ordered a hot coco but instead got a watered down bitter coffee. I am so disappointed I wasted my $3

Went through drive-thru. No pleasant customer service. No sweeteners put in coffee. My daughters coffee had none of her flavor shots. My wifes had only one of her flavors. WTAF...ya'll can do alot better. Take pride in your work and put your best foot forward.
