Great shop! Large variety of teas, predominantly black but with a selection of green tea, matcha, white tea, pu-erh, herbal tea and even kids tea! She also sells a bunch of pottery from local artists, Algonquin teas, tea canisters and all the other tea paraphernalia.It was such a pleasant visit, we will be back!!
I've been coming to Cha Cha for about a decade now and LOVE it! Great tea for great prices. The lay out of the store is really cute, with different things from local artist and samples of the teas leaves at accessible locations for smelling. The customer service is hands down the best I've seen at any tea shop or cafe. I went to cha cha tea yesterday and it was a great experience. The owner is so kind and enthusiastic about tea, making for an excellent tea shopping experience.She has a selection of teas (~30-40) of all different types of flavors.
