McDonald's in Kingston

“I had a wonderful experience at this location, thanks to Damian and the entire team. We’re not from Kingston, and Damian went out of their way to help us understand our Mc Rewards points and guide us with the location setting. They noticed we were a family and thoughtfully recommended table service, which really showed an extra level of customer care.

We visit McDonald’s often and usually expect average service, but this location truly stands out. The team serves with genuine passion and happiness, which makes a big difference. Everyone is friendly, and what impressed me most was how kind and patient they are with kids ordering on their own, they make them feel comfortable and valued.

This is definitely above-and-beyond service, and we’ll gladly return!“

“If you wanna get something that isn't Popeye's, Wendy's, Loblaw's food or Dollarama, I would say this McDonald's is best Definity not because it's closest to my school or anything, ok maybe, but if you think you are gonna be late for class just hop on a Kingston transit you can just walk over to the transfer point, I usually get a McNuggets happy meal or a burger, fries and drink, friendly staff and bathrooms sometimes clean, people don't flush toilets anymore I swear, it's either urine or poo not flushed, But I go here the most because I get hungry after the second class I have

Parking: not that many during school break

Kid-friendliness: Kids can eat here but not play in a playplace“

“Super nice and helpful staff. A SE Asian woman running the cash was solid and ultra patient (I was having trouble with the app) and an older fellow who seemed to be the manager who was totally involved in helping the team push forward through a rush.

Plus: they did not even get the order wrong. No salt means no salt. They got it.“

“They have a great team in there right now. My daughter is a MacDonald's feen, so I am regularly stopping at this place. They never have forgotten anything in my order. They are quick. Happy at the window. I just wish the fries were saltier. The no salty fries is not what we are used too in K-Town. Also, the App is horrible. Takes sooooo long to load!

“I like this McDonalds for breakfast. Very friendly staff in the morning. The main employee taking food orders knows almost everyone. Unfortunately, I don't know her name, but she speaks to everyone when they come in. She is efficient and friendly.“

“I went in to mcdonalds on friday and was really happy from what I saw. There was a deaf couple that came in and asked one of the young girls at the cash for a pen and paper. Another girl gave them a pen so they could write out what they wanted. Another customer helped them order. The girl that took their order was the same one who gave them the and pen and she was super kind. I was sitting down while eating and I saw the deaf gentleman go up and order a few more times. I remember that the last time was for ice cream. the same girl was taking his order and was smiling and interacting with him so kindly. I saw him sign thank you and even blow her a kiss for her kindness. I'm happy that there are young people who are still so polite and respectful to people who may be different.“
