“Very delicious and really healthy food! We were 8 people and everyone liked the quality and the taste. However, we all thought the service needs improvement. For example, we asked several times for water. Or we got feta cheese and yogurt while we had ordered vegan versions of the foods. We also suggest using reusable cups for water. “For the past 2 years I have been living in Downtown Kingston and have been shopping each week at Tara's. Every time I have come into the store, I have always been treated like family. Staff members like Vincent and Laura (2 of the 3 that I spoke with most, but that doesn't mean I am excluding anyone else I haven't named personally!) have shown me such kindness. It is abundantly clear that they are absolute gems in every way!! Also, I would be completely remiss if I didn't mention Joanne. She has been the clerk with who I spent the most time getting to know. Let me just say that she is truly such a delightful/wonderful human being. From the moment I walked into the store, she always made me feel like I was at home. She has such a warmth and a caring to her character and from the bottom of my heart I want to say how much I have appreciated all of her kindness! One of my favourite joys was shopping and I could overhear her interactions with other customers. Her positive/loving energy just exudes love and compassion!! “I love this health store and the lady employee is very knowledgable and helpful. They have thousands of beneficial health foods, supplements and much more. I've been studying health for 40 years and this is a great store for staying healthy and feeling great. I'm a senior and my hair is still dark. I feel young, healthy and happy and don't need reading glasses. My doctor for 30 years has never recommended any perscriptions for me ever. I invest in and protect my health with health food, superfoods and supplements. Even the last 7 years as a senior I'm still in perfect health not even a cold, headache, or other health problem. Some people ignore and even laugh at health food, meanwhile I ignore their skepticism and love that I still can enjoy the many benefits of my feeling young and healthy all the time because I take health food, superfoods and supplements. You only get one body in this life so treat it well by giving it the healthy nutrients that it needs and deserves.“

“It’s a walk in place with plastic chairs. You really want to order and take your purchase with you. Food is fresh, wholesome, tasty and a tick expensive for a mostly salad experience.Vegetarian options: I are vegan with tofu for protein there were other meat options available.“
