“Ordered 2 lattes here tonight, and I forgot to tell the lady whilst ordering that I wanted them made with Almond milk.

I mentioned it to her when she went to hand them to me, but she insisted on remaking them for me due to my sensitivity to dairy.

Very nice young woman! All the workers were very friendly. (no star points though sadly)“

There were tons of orders, and they were getting them out quickly. I watched one woman being nasty, because she wanted something different from what she ordered, and the young lady serving her was very pleasant, and kept a smile on her face the whole time. Way to go 👏 great customer service skills.“

“This Tim Hortons is at my favourite On Route. I'm not sure if I've ever gotten anything at this tim Hortons, I'm sure it's basically the same as every other tim Hortons. I just like this on route because my sisters name is Mallory. It's cool to know that Ontario named a whole place after my sister. Never actually been to Mallorytown though, do you think it's little like my sister, she's pretty short.“
