Very good customer service, very kind and humble staff.
Ordered through the self service kiosks and they still managed to get multiple items wrong in our order- additional ketchup missing instead of Chipotle, and half a biscuit missing.
Food tasted good however how hard can it be to get the order right?

Be prepared for extremely long wait times, waited 30 mins for a bagel, iced capp, 2 donuts and 1 cookie.
I noticed there were only two employees working at the front. Those two ladies were working extremely hard and getting drink orders out as fast as they could. However, there were 2 male employees I noticed that would come to the front to call out 1 or 2 order numbers, then go to the back and chat with one another, leaving the two ladies working the front to do all the work...read full review
