The chicken loaded bowl had only 3 tiny, and I mean TINY pieces of chicken in it. I should have complained but I did not know at the time what it was supposed to be like..I contacted the guest care team as suggested but a district manager was supposed to call me back and has not done that.I come here Very regularly as do many in our community and have never had a problem before. There was a very long wait for this item on this occasion, but I was warned about this...I wonder if basically they forgot to give me the chicken.

They mix two different pots of coffee together and tip the coffee urn to empty it in your cup. Doing this causes you to get coffee grinds. When asked to make another coffee they were totally rude.

Honestly, if I could give ten out of five for the service I would. I placed an order with the app on Sunday Jan 7th and picked up my order at the counter. There was a substitution to my order for my nephew. One of your staff members took the time to check if there were any more of the kind of doughnut he wanted, there unfortunately wasn’t so they made one special for him by taking a honey dipped doughnut and putting chocolate frosting on it.I know this doesn’t sound like much lol, but my sister (his mother) has been admitted to KGH for over a month and we were coming back from visiting his mom, and this act of kindness had to make him feel better.I frequent this location regularly and never think to leave a review, simply because it runs so well, I can say I have never once had an issue at this location.Thank you again to the team member who helped me yesterday, I sincerely hope this makes its way to you!

Please hire component employees. We asked for a bagel breakfast sandwich, buttered, because Tim Hortons bagels are dryer than the Sahara desert. No surprise that there wasn't any butter. On top of that, we asked for a white hot chocolate, and for some unknown reason, got upcharged and given a "marbled regular hot chocolate"? I've never heard of the drink before, but it's not good.One entirely messed up order, missing ingredients on my wife's order as well. What a disaster. This timmies has a history of being below par on all fronts.This all comes down to employees that lack comprehension. No excuses.

I have had 5 holiday season smile cookies so far and they are excellent however I prefer that the icing be on the cookie and not stuck to the bag. I don't know why they continue to serve them in a bag just to have the icing stick to and come off on the bag but it is very annoying. Only once did they put 2 cookies for me in a small box but I had to request that.

Hi I would like to say I went threw the drive threw I was to far from the speaker so they decided to yell at me when I pulled up so when I got to the window a male named Cole was working I asked is that how you guys great people he goes yeah when they don't answer so I decided to go in and address the situation I asked for. Manager Cole rushes me tries to fight me screams at me like a child then I screamed back all the workers started to yell at me to get out all because I wanted to file a complaint I obviously got upset at the end but that was a given not impressed

The coffee is hot which is good... That's about all I order here... Ok place to sit down... There is usually parking available... I've noticed those awful older women employees aren't there anymore, which is a good thing... Those awful older women weren't able to accept a minor complaint...

Not usually a client, I was 15 min early for an appointment & decided I had time to grab a small black coffee. Very unorganized service. Lots of busy people working behind the counter (as many as clients in restaurant)..perhaps drive thru / mobile both take presidence? One wicket was closed and it took 10 minutes to get to order with only 3 guests in front of me not moving until minute 8 or so. I spent time wondering if I was at the wrong end to order, but the others were still unmoving waiting for their food orders to be complete. If this is 9:45 on a quieter Fri morning, I'd hate to see it busy.
