Overall great. I placed orders though the tims app, this place had it ready most of the time, nice and fresh and hot. They started to remember who I was after a few orders (nicu mom so I was there often) and learned how to make my drink really well. The one time the guy working behind the counter accidently knocked my drink, not even spilling it but catching it, only a couple drops he instantly apologized and offered to make me a new one without me even saying a single word.:))....read full review
Drove around in circles trying to find the one that was closest to me. Had to go to Princess Street. It was fine.
The Tim Hortons at KGH/KHSC is consistently excellent. The staff work incredibly hard, serving a constant stream of patients, families, visitors, and hospital staff with professionalism and kindness. The food is always fresh, baked goods are replenished regularly, and despite the high volume of mobile and in-store orders, service remains efficient. A dependable and much-appreciated part of the hospital community.
