Shop itself is great- located inside a huge delta Sonic location there's great seating and very clean restrooms. In the age of the drive thru, this place gets zero points. Make sure you have nowhere to be in a hurry if you feel like braving it; even if there is only one car ahead of you it can take upwards of 7-10 minutes to get through. No Tim's where I live, stopped by here when visiting the area and were very disappointed. The service was brutally slow (although nice), the food wasn't good, the donuts stale and I feel like I have been lied to all these years. I will definitely give a stand alone Tim's another try but never again one inside a gas station.
