I had an initial hiccup with my medium iced latte, it was missing the sugar and hadn’t been whipped properly. However, I’m glad I reached out because the team took my concern seriously and made it right immediately. It’s clear they care about getting orders correct and ensuring customers leave happy. Everyone has an off moment, and it’s how a business handles it that truly matters. Will be coming back thanks for making it right!
Best Tim Hortons in the whole city. Quincy is the man! Very professional, cordial, and amazing attitude. I drive out of my way to come to this TH location cuz he works there. Please hire more people like him
