Ordered two hazelnut icecaps and they were absolutely amazing. The people in there are great and I’m sorry you had to deal with the incompetence and rudeness of the lady in front of us ❤️?????
The one thing we always notice with this location is how clean it always is. Never too busy, located conveniently for us - we love a piping hot coffee and fresh doughnuts. Of course, like everything everywhere - prices have gone up - but for the quality of their fresh doughnuts and actually, good coffee, there's no comparing this to a another chain per say. (Wegmans is great but a pain to park in the huge lot and walk in just for a quick snack.) Service is efficient and courteous....read full review

I really like their coffee. Only been a couple of times but this one in Rochester seems to not be very accommodating to patrons with hours and such.... We wanted creamer or milk on the side and they had my husband buy a milk!?
