Taco Bell in Rochester

“This has by far been the best Tacobell I’ve been too. The staff are friendly and welcoming even when business is booming. I really love when I come in and see everyone smiling and in a good mood. Makes me want to join the team lol. The food is always delicious and filling but it seems like the prices don’t match the portion :/ I come here weekly and will continue to do so.“

“The food here is amazing. The girls are really nice and they’ll take good care of you and if you’re having a bad day, they’ll hook you up or make you feel at home if any other Taco Bell that you went to gave you the ew, this place won’t!!“

I frequent this location, typically for Taco Bell breakfast on the weekends. Every-time my wife and I visit this location we are greeted with a smile and super friendly staff. Your worker Lore is always professional and provides 5 out of 5 star customer service. Her mannerisms are outstanding and she always sends us on our way with a smile. Lore is a prime example of how customer interactions should be handled. She upholds a standard of service that is not often found now a days. Her hard work and customer service is very much appreciated and should be recognized. Thank you Lore for making a difference and providing a long lasting impression. Thank you for all you do, you are a superstar employee and the customers very much appreciate your excellence.

“Great after working late, service is almost always fast and the food isn’t cold.

Last time there was a wait, but I’m pretty sure their system was down or something because the app wasn’t working either.

Didn’t even complain and one of the employees still apologized and gave us some free taco vouchers.“

“Well I ordered through uber eats. I will say the driver was very polite. I got everything I asked for. Everything was made correctly. The presentation of the wrapped food was perfect and nothing was sloppy. I usually never get food from nowhere on lake ave. lol I was shocked! Good job yall“

“I just had a pleasant experience at Taco Bell they had a girl working the window pretty sure she's had her name was Abrina but my car was fairly loud she could have said Sabrina. I do apologize for getting her name possibly wrong. But she was super sweet I wasn't sure what something was called I wasn't sure that there's something apparently got taken off the menu and she was patient with me she was kind she was sweet. I just had to write this review to say Top Notch employee this girl deserves a raise she is awesome!“

“Jasmine, the manager at Taco Bell here deserves a raise. She did exactly what I asked. She gave me 30+ and 30+ of fire and hot, I will never go to the Dewey location again You guys need to reconsider the staff you have there they’ve messed up the order the last four orders Every time I come here, they are amazing and know how to do their job and treat the customers“

“Really good! Food was ready quickly, workers were totally nice even at a busy time of night, and my order was right and had all the sauces and everything! And frankly, I do a lot of customizations so really cool that they got it right :-) plus they made the cheesy potatoes really crisp and yummy! Thanks Taco Bell Chili Ave <3“
