Went in expecting to wait a bit for food given experience at other taco bells. However much to my surprise they were highly efficient and I had my food in under 5 minutes from placing my order. Might be my go to for work lunch now given the efficiency.
I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I felt it needed to be shared.
I ordered two Crispy Cantina Chicken Tacos and a Steak Grilled Cheese Burrito. The Crispy Cantina Chicken Tacos were, without exaggeration, the worst I’ve ever had. Both tacos had barely any chicken inside, the cheese on the outside wasn’t properly melted, and the shells were dry and stale-tasting. They looked rushed and carelessly made.

I feel like I spend more time complaining through the app than I do actually eating the food. Almost every visit is a train wreck. Back when taco bell was cheap it wasn't a big deal but now they're just as expensive as going out to eat so the quality definitely isn't acceptable. Do better.
