Some of the best sushi in Rochester. Everything is clearly made to order and always very fresh. My husband doesn’t typically like sushi, but he loves the Samba roll. Volcano roll is another great one. But the seared tuna appetizer might be our favorite! This has become our go-to place for date night.

Our first experience at Sushi585 was excellent.
We tried them for the first time on Tuesday May 7th. The food was excellent. The Menu wasn't the largest I've seen at an all you can eat sushi place, but was still very diverse. I would rather have a smaller menu that is well executed than a menu that's big for the sake of big.
