“I came. I came to Wendy’s today to get me a meal. They were so nice. was respectful and my food was Fresh, I’ll give them a six star rating if it had one. I appreciate the hard work and dedication that they do here. Keep up the good work, Wendys.“
“The best chicken strips around. Tasty fresh fries. Order was short the French fries so went back 3 days later for more chicken and told them but request was not honored because of no receipt which wasn't given. Had to ask for the receipt on the second visit“
“Arrived before lunch rush at 11am. At this time, there was no wait with only 1 car in the drive-thru.
Thankfully, because of this, service was quick.
I ordered a single grilled chicken wrap and a small drinkand total came to $12. I know things are pricey these days but that's rough. Sadly, grilled chicken products get overpriced. The wrap itself was good but not $10 good.
Place was clean but again. This was early in the day and shortly after they opened.
It's always strange how large the lobby is but how few tables are actually inside.“
“This Wendy's location is good. I wouldn't necessarily say they are the golden standard, but expect consistency in your orders. I rarely get a screwed up order, and everything comes out fast generally. Sometimes, things are lazily thrown together which is my only gripe, but that's sort of expected with fast food these days. In a 1-10 rating I would give it about a 7.“
“I popped in on Wednesday night around 8:15 PM. They were friendly and greeted me at the counter. And then took about five minutes to get my food. I don’t ever really eat fast food anymore. The food was nice fresh and hot. I definitely would come back here.“
“I come into this Wendy's a lot and I'm rarely disappointed. Today was especially amazing! There was a line of cars wrapped around the building, and the lobby was totally full between mobile orders and folks waiting to order. There was a lovely lady named Hannah who was running expo and was running this situation like the navy! She had total control of the situation, and was keeping everybody calm and in line. Hannah and crew, great job today hopefully tomorrow is lunch rush is less chaotic!“
“Ive been to this location many times in the past with mediocre service.
My last visit i was impressed. The food was hot, the dining room was well maintained and the customer service was excellent. Its been awhile since ive walked into a fast food joint and actually felt like my presence was appreciated by the staff.“
“Sooo I had gone w/ my daughter & we were looking to have an inexpensive lunch. Hence the Biggie Bag orders x two. After the fact & realizing how cold/not great those burgers were I kindly called & spoke w/ wonderful Kaylee (sp.?) the manager. I know this location gets a bad rap, but, I'll say she was amazing & I am happy to say she let us come back & order two more entire Biggie Bag orders on the house. Thanks Kaylee~!“
“Horrible drive through attendant. She did not offer me a receipt, and snapped at me, when I asked for one. And, when I called the restaurant that day to report this, and the next day, No one answered. Good food, bad service at the W Ridge Rd, Greece NY location.“
“I ordered the spicy garlic parm chicken nuggets and they were so good! I gave service only 3 stars because we had to wait awhile to get our order and when my dad asked if straws were in the bag, they said yes. But when he checked, no straws. So my dad had to park and go into restaurant for straws.“
“Cant say enough about the way AZ runs this place, when a manager holds himself and his team to a higher standard the affect is clear to the customers. This Wendy’s is extremely consistent on the aspects customers care most about, the food is always fresh & made to order. No mistakes or missing food, what you order is what is in the bag every time. Lastly is it being a clean & fun atmosphere, these employee enjoy working for AZ & are willing to go the extra miles because of it.
Be sure to compensate someone like AZ properly because it’s almost impossible to find high class management like this for any shifts, let alone a late night/overnight one.
