Wendy's in Rochester

“Wendy's Lemonades hit every single time. They have the best BBq sauce out of all the chains in my opinion. The frosty the strawberry my hubby loved it. We really did enjoy our take out meal! The workers were also very polite and professional.“

“It's a Wendy's. Pretty decent quality stuff. This is an inner city location in a typically high-risk area, and I feel like they're doing pretty well considering their surroundings. There are items on the drive-through menu that are no longer available (such as the No. 8 Pretzel Bun Burger) that have gone un-updated for some time. That needs to be addressed.“

“I had kids making a ton of noise in the room above mine for hours going till 10 at night. Instead of losing my cool, I told my receptionist and then went for a walk to Wendy's. I had some mac n cheese I had been making between this and the friendly staff taking pity on me not driving I was able reset my anger into joy. Nothing beats mac n cheese with chili n coke on a cold evening to just fill you with Comfort Food joy. 10/10 would late night's cravings at Wendy's again, possibly with the car I left at the hotel.“

“Ive been to this location many times in the past with mediocre service.
My last visit i was impressed. The food was hot, the dining room was well maintained and the customer service was excellent. Its been awhile since ive walked into a fast food joint and actually felt like my presence was appreciated by the staff.“

“I come into this Wendy's a lot and I'm rarely disappointed. Today was especially amazing! There was a line of cars wrapped around the building, and the lobby was totally full between mobile orders and folks waiting to order. There was a lovely lady named Hannah who was running expo and was running this situation like the navy! She had total control of the situation, and was keeping everybody calm and in line. Hannah and crew, great job today hopefully tomorrow is lunch rush is less chaotic!“

“Breakfast at Wendy’s for the first time. Delicious. I got the No 2 Combo; sausage (well sone), egg and (substituted Swiss with American)cheese croissant sandwich. Sides: Simply Orange juice & Home Fries.I also ordered a side of French toast. everything was hot and delicious. Customer Service was wonderful.David, the on-duty Manager, was not just friendly and welcoming to me as a customer, he was also very thoughtful and caring with his employees. I look forward to coming back.The restaurant is modern, bright and clean with various seating choices. “They have dollar breakfast sandwiches. I got the honey butter, chicken biscuit, and the sausage, egg and cheese biscuit. They both were very good. They have no limit on how many you could get but be courteous and be patient. And the employees were very nice.“

“Arrived before lunch rush at 11am. At this time, there was no wait with only 1 car in the drive-thru.

Thankfully, because of this, service was quick.

I ordered a single grilled chicken wrap and a small drinkand total came to $12. I know things are pricey these days but that's rough. Sadly, grilled chicken products get overpriced. The wrap itself was good but not $10 good.

Place was clean but again. This was early in the day and shortly after they opened.

It's always strange how large the lobby is but how few tables are actually inside.“

“Horrible drive through attendant. She did not offer me a receipt, and snapped at me, when I asked for one. And, when I called the restaurant that day to report this, and the next day, No one answered. Good food, bad service at the W Ridge Rd, Greece NY location.“

“Went twice in past 2 days. Won't be going to any other Wendy's. These people are very nice and professional both times going here the food was steaming hot and fresh!! Never been here for the night crew but I'm going to stick to the morning and lunch crew people“

“I ordered the spicy garlic parm chicken nuggets and they were so good! I gave service only 3 stars because we had to wait awhile to get our order and when my dad asked if straws were in the bag, they said yes. But when he checked, no straws. So my dad had to park and go into restaurant for straws.“
