The moron at the drive through window is either a mute, or just super inconsiderate. He said absolutely nothing during the transaction, including not verifying the amount due. The window was only opened barely a bag width to hand me things.The person on the mic was great, but he ruined the experience.It was a young guy in a brown hoodie at lunch on 11/25
I go to this location due to its convenance but the last few times I’ve ordered food. Service was slow just to get the food, the attitudes of the cashier were non inviting, you have staff that cared more about their phones than the customer, and request for food being hot were TERRIBLE. It doesn’t make sense to pay for food at raised prices that’s barely warm and OVER SALTED. Management should hire employees who have better values in customer service.
