I didn't purchase any food. I didn't want to stay anyhow there were kids that were there across the street from Gates Chili acting a fool. I had to use the ladies room but somebody was in there for I'm assuming a long time because I waited 5 minutes and nobody came out but it was saying it was occupied
The police were there but not for disturbance they were just there I guess to eat.

Updated dining room and casual atmosphere. Fireplace is a nice touch. Customer experience was meh. No napkins in dispenser, no paper towels in bathroom dispenser, drink machine only had diet and zero calorie options, employee was carrying around what appeared to be a personal phone in her hand, but food was timely.
Service was sub par floors were so sticky. Bathroom looked like a hurricane hit it. Food was edible fries cold and burgers were well well done. 2 people walked past register before a third person came to take an order. Tables were clean and frostys were good.

Wendy's is a fast food chain with varying levels of service quality. On some days, the staff can be unprofessional and slow, leading to long wait times and cold food. However, on other occasions, the staff are kind and respectful, making for a pleasant dining experience. The quality of food can also be inconsistent, dependent on the staff working at the time. Despite this, some customers would return to this Wendy's location.
