I was there at 9pm. I waited for 40 minutes in the drive thru for a mobile order.
When i got to the kiosk the man told me too stay there while he made my fries and chicken. I asked if I could pull up to the window and wait and he said no stay there. I would have left except I had ordered on the app and it said it was ready before I got there.
Very long wait for a single order with nobody in front of me. Items were missing, and it wasn’t very good food. Never going back here again.
My husband just went to the gates location and because he's deaf he went in. Several people saw him standing there waiting to place an order and completely ignored him. He waited for a full 5 min with nobody else in there and nobody would even attempt to help him. Is this not a business? Is this not your job? Costumer service has gone in the toilet.

Wendy's is a fast food chain with varying levels of service quality. On some days, the staff can be unprofessional and slow, leading to long wait times and cold food. However, on other occasions, the staff are kind and respectful, making for a pleasant dining experience. The quality of food can also be inconsistent, dependent on the staff working at the time. Despite this, some customers would return to this Wendy's location.
