I wanted to use my offer but it wasnt working all it stated was it was loading this was at drive thru I ended up paying full price. When I got home it worked I called and explained to man who answered the phone and asked if I could come in with receipt and code on phone. He was very rude and hung up I usually go to that Wendy's but no more.

I have never been made fun of by drive-through employees before. But as I pulled up to the window, I heard them laughing and saying my name very loudly, and at the speaker the speaker could barely be polite enough to take my order. I thought I was grabbing dinner, but apparently I was sipping foot back in high school.

This place sucks!!! I am not going to waste my time writing a review as every 1 star review previous to mine nailed my experience. Whoever owns this place should be ashamed. You are a disgusting human for allowing this behavior to continue at a location you own. You are essentially robbing your customers. I will never return to this location and honestly hesitate to ever go to a Wendy’s again if this is the type of establishment they let fly and turn a blind eye to.

Used to love this location but today was the absolute worst I've ever had door's locked early missing items from my order sit in line again because my daughter didn't have her order and the girls inside with disgusting attitudes are accusing us of eating all our food and trying to get more I've never been so insulted as if anyone would go through the entire line after paying over $60 for our meals just to try and get free nuggets of all things everything was cold and the chicken was so dried out it wasn't edible
