“We went for drinks and dinner before a Fringe event and we were pleasantly surprised by the attentiveness of the service and the hustle they demonstrated. The food came out so quickly and our Crunchwrap & rice bowl were craveable! The portion was ample and the flavors were spectacular! The picture of margaritas really did the trick and we had a great evening and we told them so! Thank you bartender Frank and server Olivia!“

“After a long drive we were looking for something that wouldn't disappoint and although the kitchen was a little slow, everything was excellent.

The service was good, the prices were fair and nothing came out wrong. Kids meal is good value!“

“Just came in for dinner with the family and everything has improved greatly! Apparently this location is under new management and it really shows! HUGE IMPROVEMENT from our last visit a couple months back. Excellent crew, very friendly! Food was FRESH, IN STOCK, and DINING AREA WAS CLEAN! Restaurant was open during stated hours and did not shut down early. Received an enthusiastic "Welcome to Moe's" greeting upon entry as well. 5 STARS! This was our favorite Moe's location and with this new management and crew, I expect it will be again :-)“

“Food was absolutely delicious. My partner and I both got nachos and we devoured all of them. The service behind the counter was great and the two ladies taking our order were very nice and wonderful. Spent about $34 on two plates on nachos and two fountain drinks. Even got extra chips for free with the nachos.The only thing was the women's bathroom smelled like sewage and I can't imagine how hard it would be for someone less flexible than me to reach the toilet paper as it is behind the toilet.The rest of the lobby was clean and I enjoyed the little obituaries of past menu items on the walls I thought that was cute.“

“I ordered delivery from them. They were quick, and the food was good. I had a burrito bowl, and my husband had a burrito. When it comes to a fast food mexican restaurant, I like them so much more than Irondequoit's Chipoltle.

Vegetarian options: As someone with Alpha Gal (beef allergy) I like that I dont have to worry as much about cross contamination here, like i do at other fast food restaurants“

“Horrible experience! We have tried this location a few times, each time thinking maybe they were just having a bad day. This time we will not be back. Today service was slow and they were skimpy with the toppings on our burrito bowl. We ordered sodas and after taking our money we were handed 6 oz water cups and told, "we are all out of cups". When we went to eat our meal, were were told they were out of forks! Tables and salsa area were filthy. It is currently 26 degrees outside and the staff had the front door propped open despite all of the customers wearing coats. I got up and closed the door so as to not have my teeth chatter during my meal. It was only about 5 minutes before they opened it again. Welcome to Siberia!“
