Haven’t experienced so much attitude from someone who works in customer service for absolutely no reason before. Whatever you’re upset about, pink hair, it wasn’t because of me, don’t take it out on me.
Horrible experience! We have tried this location a few times, each time thinking maybe they were just having a bad day. This time we will not be back. Today service was slow and they were skimpy with the toppings on our burrito bowl. We ordered sodas and after taking our money we were handed 6 oz water cups and told, "we are all out of cups". When we went to eat our meal, were were told they were out of forks! Tables and salsa area were filthy. It is currently 26 degrees...read full review

They only had wheat tortillas in the middle of the day on a weekend, they had the door open in 30 degree weather, making the whole store cold, and the staff forgot parts of the process of my order. But the food still tasted good.
