“I wanted to applaud the woman working the lunch rush today, they were very busy and she was holding down the entire store by herself calmly and diligently. I’m unaware of her name but if she sees this review, you were doing excellent work!“

“Anthony was the only guy here and bro went above and beyond in terms of service, really made sure our sandwiches were made how we liked them and went in the back to try to hunt down extra baked lays because there were none on the shelf for us to grab. Give this man a raise he is like Atlas for customer service for this place!“

“Anytime I’m in the Rochester airport, I always stop by this Subway. The food is consistently fresh, the store is always clean, and the staff is so courteous. I also appreciate the efficient service, especially when trying to catch a flight. I never have to worry about waiting on my food, which makes traveling so much easier. Definitely my go-to spot when I’m passing through!“

“Even though the store was getting ready to close, they still made sure my kids were able to get subs. The fact that they recognized my kids from previous visits gives them 5 stars because most employees at other stores don't even bother to look up at you. It's healthier that fast food restaurants and because the staff here is so nice it makes it 10 times easier to convince my kids to choose a healthy option.“

“We got coupons in the mail & started to go here. The lady that made our subs 12/2022 was very friendly & outgoing. The subs were excellent. We used to go to Wegmans for subs, but their prices got too high. With the coupons at Subway, it’s a better deal for us.“

The young lady Di'Ranna (I hope I spelled that correctly) working the night shift at around 8pm tonight delivered the best customer service I have ever received at any Subway location to date. She was quick, friendly, and extremely attentive to each customers needs. Kid-friendliness: We were three adults and four children. Ana was the only person working at that Subway at 1PM on Sunday afternoon. She is pleasant, efficient, and ensured we were served quality food and enjoyed our visit. We were blessed to have met Ana!“
