“Anthony was the only guy here and bro went above and beyond in terms of service, really made sure our sandwiches were made how we liked them and went in the back to try to hunt down extra baked lays because there were none on the shelf for us to grab. Give this man a raise he is like Atlas for customer service for this place!“
“The workers were actually pretty quick at this location! Being fast is so much more important for an airport location since people can be much more on a time crunch. They also still had deals and let you enter your phone number for rewards which I was pretty surprised about. There are not too many options at the Rochester airport, but this isn't a bad option.“
“First time in this particular Subway. Greeted as I walked in, served within 1 min of my arrival, and the customer service was OUTSTANDING! Very friendly, courteous, and patient while I was thinking of exactly what I wanted to order! Actually walked out the door and said to myself, “why can’t all Subway’s be this cheerful, friendly and courteous!”

“I have been coming to this location for years and never once did I want to run home a leave a review. The young lady Di'Ranna (I hope I spelled that correctly) working the night shift at around 8pm tonight delivered the best customer service I have ever received at any Subway location to date. She was quick, friendly, and extremely attentive to each customers needs. It's unfortunate to say but great customer service is becoming less and less common...however, this experience was extremely pleasant! Thank you!“
“We got coupons in the mail & started to go here. The lady that made our subs 12/2022 was very friendly & outgoing. The subs were excellent. We used to go to Wegmans for subs, but their prices got too high. With the coupons at Subway, it’s a better deal for us.“

The lady who answered the phone took the time to check the next nearest Subway for us.. since she was so considerate decided to visit her shop for food. Had a pleasant conversation. “A chain restaurant that actually gets it right—that’s not something you say every day.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was lively, welcoming, and well put together. The place has a great energy to it without feeling chaotic, which is not easy to pull off in a chain setting. The food was genuinely impressive—fresh, well-prepared, and clearly made with some pride.
What really stood out, though, was the service. The young staff—college kids, around 19—handled themselves like seasoned professionals. Friendly, attentive, and sharp. No attitude, no distractions, just solid, genuine hospitality. They paid attention to the details and made the experience feel personal, not scripted.
Bottom line: strong food, great atmosphere, and service that punches above its weight. This is how a chain restaurant should operate. I’ll be back.“
