Phenomenal customer experience. The bar is so low these days especially with quick service but Christina and Sierra WERE ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! They went so above and beyond that it made me jump onto Google just to review. 10/10 ima be a regular here

The staff is often described as friendly, welcoming, and attentive, with one employee going above and beyond to ensure sandwiches were made correctly. Service is generally fast, with subs made in two minutes at most. However, there are mixed opinions on the staff, as some reviewers found them not personable and frankly rude at times, blaming a lack of basic courtesy. The food is considered very consistent from store to store and much better than 10 years ago. One major complaint is that promo codes for deals have been disabled and replaced with a new every 4th footlong is free deal, which ends up being about $2 more per sub. The wraps are not counted in that deal, making a $12-13 wrap too expensive compared to previous prices. Despite this, the food is rarely late or incorrect.
