Service is generally fast, with subs made in two minutes at most. However, there are mixed opinions on the staff, as some reviewers found them not personable and frankly rude at times, blaming a lack of basic courtesy. The food is considered very consistent from store to store and much better than 10 years ago. One major complaint is that promo codes for deals have been disabled and replaced with a new every 4th footlong is free deal, which ends up being about $2 more per sub. The wraps are not counted in that deal, making a $12-13 wrap too expensive compared to previous prices. Despite this, the food is rarely late or incorrect.
