“Today I stopped in to this Dunkin Donuts, after a having a terrible experience at another one in Rochester Ny. I had the best experience I've had in a while. THIS ONE CARES ABOUT IT CUSTOMERS. Unlike the other one that litterly huffed at me. When I explain nicely what was wrong and asked politely to have it remade. It was the exactly the same issue again. “Guy who took my order in the drive-thru was awesome, he was patient, courteous, and helpful! The young woman who cashed us out at the window didn't say two words to us and I thanked her three times once for every item she handed to me...I got nothing back ...kinda ruined the good that the big guy did...sometimes people's smallest reactions can make a big difference.“

“Although I have only been to this DD's location about 3 times, all 3 visits have been pretty good.The last time I was there, the 2 frozen coffees my sister and I got were really strong like "coffee stuck at the bottom bitter type of strong" but with all the pumps of this and splashes of that, caramel, whipped cream on them/inside the cup that still didn't help? So because our mom only lives 2 mins from this location and they were not cheap enough to just let it go(because what I didn't know but what my daughter who's worked at the DDS in Chili Walmart, said it's 25 cents for every pump u ask for? A lot of these DD employees don't give the customers all the pumps they ask for, but then get attitudes because a coffee person knows exactly how their coffee should taste like? ?)I do agree with the drive thru time being very long, and there shouldn't be a reason because the inside was empty and ppl in front of us in DT, were only getting drinks handed out the window to them, but then we noticed that only 2 female employees was there alone? The young lady at the window was the sweetest employee I've came across in the longest time!!! I hope y'all are sitting down for this one.....SHE ACTUALLY ASKED WHAT KIND OF BITTER WAS OUR DRINKS??? So after being shocked we finally told her they tasted like bitter old coffee at the bottom of the coffee maker. “The employees have always been very helpful and nice, no matter how busy they are. I never feel rushed ( my eyesight is terrible so it's hard to read the menu) and when I ate inside today I was surprised how quiet it was, even when they had a line of people come in to order!!!! “My daughter likes this location because so far they're the only ones who get her coffee right? It's a miracle when she doesn't need to go back in and HAVE to ask them to remake it? A few years ago she worked at D&D(and was excellent at her job. U know ur doing something right when customers ask for "U" to make their food and drinks, but also because ur sweet/respectful towards them) and she definitely knows when not enough caramel or sugar have been added to her coffee.....but it's also not as if it's free, because we do get charged for our little extra goodies and condiments, added to our drinks and food.“

“I've been here a few times now and every time I pull through I have forgot to leave a review. I'm shocked that this place has any low reviews. The girl at the drive-thru window with very curly hair and black glasses is the absolute example of what a person in the service industry should be. I don't know what she's making but she needs a raise. Not only was she super happy and friendly but quick had a huge smile on her face. If this location was looking for a review to understand why it might have any success, I would say this individual is the pinnacle of your success at this location. I didn't ask her name so I don't know it unfortunately. But I feel like she's the only reason I left this review.“

“I'm a longtime patron of Dunkin'. I prefer the stand a loan stores. Because of the warmth, seating, and better selection. The gas station Dunkin' is not the best example of a doughnut store. Only two seating options. One counter type w/ three chairs, one round table w/ a single chair. We would have preferred the round table w/ two or more chairs. The drinks and food were better than good. The staff were also kind and friendly. I'd return but prefer stand a loan stores. We got chocolate milk, coffee, 2 apple fritters, one egg, bacon, cheese croissant, one egg, sausage, cheese, muffin.“
“Usually a minimal wait, they just introduced the online order and grub hub type options so there getting used to the new system but are handling it well in my opinion. The doughnuts are always fresh, sandwiches are 9 out 10 on point. Every once in awhile they might be over cooked or a little hard but always hot. Sometimes too hot lol. But I dont have much to complain about with this location! Good job guys!“
“This place is amazing. great service, lovely nice employees despite the amount of people that were in the drive thru they made it work. They are fast and my order is always right. The employees are the best part they may be busy but they always find room to have a conversation. Especially for a gas station dunkin id give this place a 10/10?“
