Dining room was not open at 5am. Drive thru service only. Two highway workers waited to go inside because their vehicle would not fit through the drive thru. They eventually left probably to give their business to someone else. Highway workers are good customers to have and Dunkin should serve dining room customers with the same priorities as drive thru
Cashier was polite and manager, I suppose. I ordered loaded hash browns and the cheese was cold. I just wanted it remade, in which they did.. The young lady that had to remake it wasn't pleasant at all. I said thank you and she didn't respond at all. Its the nuisances that fast food workers need to pay mind to. I wasn't being difficult but of course im still wrong for wanting my food that I paid for be corrected.
