The one taking the order for drive thru on Sunday, March 17 at 11:17am is just plain rude, saying she can't hear us when we are already shouting the order. If you have trouble hearing then do not work on the drive thru section.

Ordered at drive thru and was given the wrong item. No big deal just go in and exchange…well that’s when the problem began.Cook didn’t know I was standing there and I heard her threaten my food. Yes, threaten my food like she was gonna do something to it. This was food that I was purchasing for my grand babies. When I brought it to the attention of the manager she defended the cook and said she never said that!! I was shocked!! I know what I heard and further more the manager was working the window she might not of heard her but to call me a lier and say it was never said was so insulting and very frustrating. I will NEVER return to this location..ever!! I am a die hard Dunkin fan. Love my Dunkin and so very disappointed in this location and Management. A simply apology would have went a long way with me but to say it never was said just tells me that the management accepts this kind of behavior and doesn’t understand the severity of the situation. Do yourself a favor and pass on this location for your safety!!

This "dense" girl asked me if I wanted my sandwich extra toasted. I responded "That's ok, isn't it already toasted?" She said, yes. I get my food it wasn't even toasted at all...??♀️??♀️??♀️Dumb folks, that's why I don't go to Dunkin!

I have been getting my breakfast and coffee from here occasionally for ~2 years now as I work nearby. I always place a mobile order for pickup. I used to visit more frequently, but between the rise in price and decrease in quality/service it just doesn't make sense. The offers on the app have become worthless, and quite often the items on the app are not available in the store - not that it bothers to tell you this.Regarding this particular store, it used to be decent. Only once in a while would there be an issue. Now the last 3-4 times I've gone they have forgotten an item in the order - it's right on the ticket! I make a mobile order so I can quickly stop in, pick it up and get to work. Having to check the bag and get someone's attention every time that something is missing just defeats the purpose. And then I have to contact customer support to get the money back, because if I didn't I'd be out $50 by now. It's a hassle that just isn't worth dealing with anymore.
In the nicest way possible, it's a chain coffee shop. It's fine, just like the other Dunkin' Donuts in the area. I've never had a bad experience here.

I purchase dunking every morning for the past 3 weeks because I started a new job and this is the location of choice I’ve never ever had any prior issues until today when I came in sinking it was busy staff seemed stressed due to the high traffic and guest the manager cashed me out I ordered two donuts she put them in a bag I kindly asked for a box for my two donuts , I realized that I spent 14$ and I did not use my app as I do everyday I then asked the manger when she handed me my drink how do I get my points I also wanted to use the free donut app she rudely said I can just give you a free donut I said I don’t care for the free donut I would rather have my points is there a way , she with an attitude said she would have to refund the whole thing and do it over I said okay we can do that I started walking towards the cash out register she loudly yelled at me said to leave the restaurant claiming in rude everyday which is not true because I’ve never had any problems there other than asking for boxes when I order more than one donut . I left because I was screamed at and told I was not allowed back there I was told to leave without being given my full order I left and called asked for corporates number the manger said I can Google it and I asked for a refund for my food that was not given I was crying in tears she refused she said no refund I then called another Dunkin at another Henrietta location and she helped me refunded my money made my sandwich that was not given and the manger gave me a hug at the new location ! I will never go to 2143 Brighton Henrietta town line road Dunkin ever again something needs to be done about the manager screaming shouting yelling scaring and refusing refunds I will be escalating this with her district manager I was given her info and will be handling this .

No greeting after 10 minutes in front with another customer in front of me no apology no how may I help you nothing then waited another 5 minutes for 1 black coffee with suger..Never again visiting this
