Ordered from grubhub. terrible.asked for less ice in my drink. instead got ice gallore. food was made WRONG, and some were not even there. asked for a bacon egg and cheese on a cinnamon raison bagel with an extra egg. instead i get an everything bagel with ONE egg. and the 2 donuts i asked for were missing.i don't understand how something SO simple can be messed up SO bad. it's clear they don't even care and just want our money. and dont' even get me started on the so called...read full review
I'm a longtime patron of Dunkin'. I prefer the stand a loan stores. Because of the warmth, seating, and better selection. The gas station Dunkin' is not the best example of a doughnut store. Only two seating options. One counter type w/ three chairs, one round table w/ a single chair. We would have preferred the round table w/ two or more chairs. Dunkin’ Donuts in the Safeway on Chili Avenue is the worst Dunkin shop on the face of this Earth. There were no cars in the Drive Thru and no one at the window. When I pulled up in the afternoon the response was, “ I will be with you in a minute.” 3 minutes later I was still waiting. THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN THE LINE! This Dunkin is poorly managed and you always have to wait sometimes even when there’s no one else in line!
