Consistent , love the staff
Was on my lunch break decided to get a caramel macchiato iced. At the drive thru I ordered two one hot one cold. I got both hot which was fine but when we tasted them they tasted like water down warm coffee. Almost like they forgot to put the caramel plus the cups were not full. Didn’t have time to go back. So I decided to call to complain and possibly come back later and get a refund or one that was to my standards. I called three times no one picked up. I will not be going...read full review

People visit this Starbucks nearly every morning and hear friendly voices on the speaker. The staff is great and the atmosphere is friendly. Barista brings drinks to the table and even says my pleasure when thanked. Service is good and drinks are always made with perfection. The items include Iced Cherry Chai Latte with a double chocolate brownie, CAKE POPS, the Gouda Sammie, refreshers and frapps. The shop offers pup cups for pets. The location is nice and spacious but tables, benches and floors sometimes have crumbs and need swept. Some people notice the wrong cup served when requesting an in‑store glass cup and electricity outlets may not work. Basically the staff try to deliver drinks and food right to the table and people highly recommend the store.
