“I stopped in on 2/13 a gentleman came in to pick up an online order. The staff couldn't locate his order to pick up and he was sure he ordered it. He stated this is Fairport Nine Mile Point Road is it not. A lady working behind the counter calmly and politely explain that it was not, where that location was and said don't worry about we will get the order together for you and it will be ok. Repeat that scenario and you see so much where people would haw wrote that gentleman off and said sorry not here, go to the correct location or taken it as an inconvenience to their day. Instead this employee remained positive and helpful for a mistake any of us could have made. Kudos to her for DOING THE RIGHT THING FOR THE CUSTOMER.“
“I love the Penfield location! They are closed for remodeling right now, and I have to say, I could not be more excited for them to open back up! I miss my morning coffee and donut! ☕?
