“I always order ahead and often my drinks are ready when I walk in or within 30-90 seconds. Usually they are not particularly busy, but it has helped me skip a long line a couple of times! Sadly, recently, there has been some glitch in the online ordering that always says hot chocolate is unavailable. Disappointing that I then have to wait to order that separately.“

“Today Aug.19th at noon the lady that was working did an absolute amazing job she was working all alone and handled orders very well for being all on her own, our food was so good honestly the best I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ Donuts. This review is really for management that women should have a raise or management position she’s great!“
