“Been going to this Starbucks for well over 5 years now and everyone here is super friendly. I just placed a mobile order like I usually do and of course as soon as I submitted it something went wrong. It didn’t place my order but it took my money. I stopped in there and explained what happened and without hesitation they immediately started making my order. They didn’t want to see my app, my bank account or they didn’t even make me call corporate or anything. They just honored it and I was out the door in 2 minutes. Customer service like this is not easily found anymore. Thank you to the girl in pig tail braids!“
“What a neat little spot. The hazelnut gelato was delicious, and the folks behind the counter were polite and jokes around about the ducks outside. The ducks were a little pushy about food, but honestly, the gelato was good enough its hard to blame them ;-) Absolutely perfect end to a savory meal elsewhere in the area!“
“Shout out the older woman who took my order. She was really kind an respectful even though she was riding solo for her shift and was visibly flustered. Following each order she took she said "thank you for being patient with me" I think people should be a bit more patient with you ? ?“
“I always order ahead and often my drinks are ready when I walk in or within 30-90 seconds. Usually they are not particularly busy, but it has helped me skip a long line a couple of times! Sadly, recently, there has been some glitch in the online ordering that always says hot chocolate is unavailable. Disappointing that I then have to wait to order that separately.“
“We came with our family during a busy time for lunch. The drive thru line was very long. When we walked in, there were only two employees working at that time; they were hustling! Our service was still very friendly, the food quality was great, and we had no issues.I accidently left my credit card at the table. I didn't notice it was not in my wallet until that night. After review, I remembered the last time I used it was at this Tim Horton's location. I called my credit card company to report. They told me that it was locked earlier so there weren't any fraudulent charges. It came to our attention that one of the employees (I believe her name is Kari) found my card and immediately called the 800# on the back to lock it for us. The next day, I went in to retrieve the card.I am so grateful that there are kind people in this world. We are very fortunate to have my "lost" credit card end up in the right hands. We appreciate this gesture and are very grateful.Beside this, we also had a great experience at this restaurant. I disagree with a lot of these 1-3 Star reviews.Great location. “Good coffee, good gelato, good Italian soda! There is seating downstairs and upstairs. It's cozy and chill.The chocolate gelato was not nearly as good as the vanilla imo.The barista was nice and she made everything we ordered promptly and well. Will definitely be going back here!Parking: There's parking in the Dogtown lot but it can be a hassle getting a spot in there depending on the time of day.“
“Had dinner tonight and it was amazing! The calamari appetizer was delicious! Also had the pork special, osso bucco which was out of this world! You must try this place. The service was impeccable also. Wish I knew our server’s name. From start to finish including dessert l can’t give this place enough stars!! I will be returning soon for another great meal.“

I can't speak to the midday or afternoon offerings, but the early morning experience is everything I want in a cafe: Fantastic food that demands my full attention, fresh coffee that is flavorful by itself, and enough space to find a cozy corner. It's not a surprise that this place has become part of my weekly routine, and I hope it stays that way for a long while.“
“This is the first coffee shop I've visited that actually uses the Japanese tea ceremony green tea whisk to stir up the REAL green tea powder to make matcha latte! Other major coffee businesses use premixed powder with sugar already added. I'm a Japanese and I'm very impressed with the quality of the green tea. The people are very attentive. I also learned that this is a woman- owned business. There is a side room where we can have a small receptions and gatherings. Southbridge definitely I'll be back!Dietary restrictions: Matcha latte with almond milk and oat milk were fantastic!“
