“I always order ahead and often my drinks are ready when I walk in or within 30-90 seconds. Usually they are not particularly busy, but it has helped me skip a long line a couple of times! Sadly, recently, there has been some glitch in the online ordering that always says hot chocolate is unavailable. Disappointing that I then have to wait to order that separately.“

“As an avid fisherman for carp on the canal right outside this shop I understand the frustrations behind them being closed outside business hours, and I’ve seen tons of people try to open the door and it was locked. Anyways, my frail and tiny little girlfriend and I came here on a beautiful night and we got served right away, cheaper than most of the overpriced junk in the rest of Pittsford or other places I won’t name where we just came from (see other reviews) and the gelato was fire. The bowls and spoons were mad cute too. Great experience especially on a nice summer night. Might get hammered at lock 32 after this. They just gotta fix the hours/ door issue and they would have 5 stars. My girlfriend is so cute.“

“Just wanted to share that the Tim Horton's location in Pittsford, NY was wonderful. I went in on Sunday got 6 doughnuts and staff was lovely. Then on Monday we came in for a coffee before heading home. I accidently left my purse at this location, and they found it and kept it safe until friends of ours could pick it up and mail it to me. I just want to thank the staff for the assistance, I truly appreciate it!“

“My passion for coffee shops is still alive and kicking and Canaltown Coffee Roasters didn’t dampen that passion. It’s nice to visit a real coffee roaster’s.

Val was fantastic. For my partner Val recommended a Cuban Double Espresso and that Plant Milk was the best alternative for the Apple Dirty Chai. He thoroughly enjoyed his drinks.

I ordered the Caramel Spice Latte and it was delicious.

The service was good. There is plenty of seating indoors and a few tables outside. Loved the cute fresh flower arrangements on the tables.

“Everything was perfect BUT…….the hollandaise sauce could have used some lemon in the mix. May I suggest a lemon wedge to accompany the Eggs Benedict for optional lemon wedge distribution? Also, maybe substitute the cheddar biscuit as an under to the Eggs Benedict with Challah bread instead? I feel it would be less intrusive because the Challah French toast was off-the-chain-bells. “Very welcoming, cute and cozy! The person who served me was very nice and friendly. When it comes to coffee, I can be indecisive, so I went with their suggestion of the iced strawberry mocha. Let me tell you, it was SO good! The drink was very flavourfull and chocolately all throughout. Best part is it's vegan, too, so no animals are harmed in the making of their drinks :)

“Ughhh I absolutely love treating myself and making the treck out to Fairport for this cafe. It is so calm and cozy and inviting here. The food is always great, I love the concept of being a cafe by day and bar/restaurant by night. Their coffee menu is always changing and bringing in new and exciting flavor combos to try, and you're right by the canal in the heart of fairport which is lovely. They're branding and aesthetic is simple but cute and so well done, you have to get down here and give them a try there will be no regrets I promise you.“

“I’m struggling on giving them the four stars I’m not quite sure they deserve it.Walked in first thing I noticed was what a cute little shop of pastries they had offered. As I looked around, I was disappointed as the walls and the ceiling were full of dust. The food order was not done correctly, but they did correct it and was tasty. Overall, it was average. Hopefully next time I go, they clean the walls in the ceiling.“
