“Normally good service However every day is different. One day they allow oat milk in the frozen coffee but today gave my husband the run around saying they couldn’t because of nut allergies. Last I checked oats weren’t nuts. He had no issue yesterday getting this but today the manager insisted they couldn’t. I get this at other locations all the time without issue. Instead they put cream in it. What about those who are lactose intolerant? Makes no sense. I suggest more thorough training so all staff is on the same page. The app has oat milk as a choice for frozen coffee but not almond milk which makes sense because almonds are nuts. Please train your staff at the Hudson location so there’s more consistency.“

“Pretty nice place near the canal! I was taking the kids to ride bikes along the canal and it was lunch time. Found this place just across the road. The kids were happy with their bites. They have kids menu, which is really nice, as they don't eat full portions.“

“Very welcoming, cute and cozy! The person who served me was very nice and friendly. When it comes to coffee, I can be indecisive, so I went with their suggestion of the iced strawberry mocha. Let me tell you, it was SO good! The drink was very flavourfull and chocolately all throughout. Best part is it's vegan, too, so no animals are harmed in the making of their drinks :)

The food is always great, I love the concept of being a cafe by day and bar/restaurant by night. Their coffee menu is always changing and bringing in new and exciting flavor combos to try, and you're right by the canal in the heart of fairport which is lovely. They're branding and aesthetic is simple but cute and so well done, you have to get down here and give them a try there will be no regrets I promise you.“

Unless you have minimum 30 mins (can be upwards of 45 and that is only to place and receive a coffee order, I’ve never attempted ordering food to be made for this very reason) to spare, try somewhere else. No matter time of day or day of the week there is always a long line that is slow moving and be sure you order to-go because there is limited seating and it’s always taken.“

“My passion for coffee shops is still alive and kicking and Canaltown Coffee Roasters didn’t dampen that passion. It’s nice to visit a real coffee roaster’s.

Val was fantastic. For my partner Val recommended a Cuban Double Espresso and that Plant Milk was the best alternative for the Apple Dirty Chai. He thoroughly enjoyed his drinks.

I ordered the Caramel Spice Latte and it was delicious.

The service was good. There is plenty of seating indoors and a few tables outside. Loved the cute fresh flower arrangements on the tables.

I wanted poached eggs (they have) on toasted english muffin (they don't have) so I switched it up and got a short stack of pancakes and a side of grits. I never order pancakes.
