Drinks, treats and staff are all fantastic. It would be 5 stars except the wait is insane. Unless you have minimum 30 mins (can be upwards of 45 and that is only to place and receive a coffee order, I’ve never attempted ordering food to be made for this very reason) to spare, try somewhere else. No matter time of day or day of the week there is always a long line that is slow moving and be sure you order to-go because there is limited seating and it’s always taken.
The last time I was here, I witnessed the owner pull an employee aside to not only commend them for the job they were doing, but to reward them as well. He spoke with such sincerity and respect that it left a real impact on me. In a world where business owners are often known for creating difficult environments, the owner here sets a new standard for creating a safe space that I can only hope to aspire to someday! Thank you for standing out as a genuinely good man
