I just happened upon this place and snuck in before closing time. This place is warm and welcoming. I wanted poached eggs (they have) on toasted english muffin (they don't have) so I switched it up and got a short stack of pancakes and a side of grits. I never order pancakes. I just don't like them that much but I am sure glad I did, here! Yum. Best I've ever had.
Wow, honestly the best breakfast I’ve ever eaten; crispy bacon, French toast cooked to perfection, and yummy eggs. Next time I visit Rochester, this will definitely be on my list of places to go.
The food is absolutely delicious. We had the french toast with strawberries and bananas, the chicken wings, scrambled eggs, sausage and a side of grits. I have no complaints. The staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. They answered all our questions. We had a great experience. Highly recommend giving this place your business!!

The customer service is amazing, with a staff that is extremely accommodating, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere is welcoming, relaxing, and perfect for a weekend brunch. Guests love the swivel bar stools and the fact that breakfast is available pretty much all day. The Toast Factory is highly recommended.
