Nino's Pizzeria Reviews
I used to come hear back in the late 80s. I had no idea it was still operating. We had a fabulous Sicilian pizza. I asked for extra cheese...and actually received extra cheese! The service was great as was the pizza.
We started getting pizza from Ninos when they were located on Portland Ave. We lived nearby and walked there with our 18 month old son in a wagon. We loved their pizza then and still go there often. Sad to hear that Nino has passed away. I’m hopeful that the pizzeria will stay open.
RIP Nino. A Pizza Icon. Such a hard worker and a blessing to our community! 🏵

Nino's Pizzeria is a small, unassuming restaurant known for its delicious pizza, reminiscent of those found in Italy. The dough is particularly praised for its softness, while the sauce is noted for its perfection. The staff is friendly and takes pride in their work, offering suggestions and recommendations for toppings such as prosciutto. The pricing is reasonable, making Nino's a great option for a tasty and affordable meal.
Nino's is a family-owned restaurant open every single day of the week, delivering up the most delicious pizza. The cheese is so tasty, and the crust is even better, being both crispy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. It has a 'pick up and go' kind of feel, but it does have two large tables with multiple chairs, and the proprietor is more than happy to let you eat and chat with your group. Nino's is a hidden gem and a definite must try.
The owner, Nino, takes great pride in his pizzeria, bringing each pizza to the counter, opening the lid, and asking for your approval before telling you the price and accepting your money. If you want to experience authentic Italian pizza, you have to try Nino's.
