Pearson's offers delicious coffee, sandwiches, and sweet treats, making it a great spot for a tasty meal or coffee. The cinnamon rolls are a must-try if available, with one reviewer describing them as THICC and topped with a smooth, fluffy icing. The pastries are incredible, especially the Herby Artichoke Danish and the After Dark Cookie, which always exceed expectations. The lox is highly praised as possibly the best ever, and the lox bagel does not skimp. While the staff can be inattentive at times, the kitchen staff is accommodating. The almond croissant is excellent, and the prosciutto and mozzarella croissant are outstanding, with reviewers praising their tenderness and quality.
