I like DD but this location is a joke, they are always out of everything, unless the young girls that work there who can't ever seem to put there phones down long enough to be bothered with customers just don't want to look to see what they have.Parking: Parking is very limited, and don't ever use the the drive thru if you're in a hurry
We ordered 2 medium hot chocolates, and they definitely were not from the machine like they're normally made. These were very watery and very thin in consistency. Nobody warned us about this at the speaker box. The employee showed us our total on a phone? Not one of the squares or mobile payment devices, a phone lolOverall, pretty unimpressed, which is sad because the Dunkins I would go to in Syracuse were very good.

I ordered a large mocha iced coffee with cold foam and Carmel drizzle. I am the only customer should be simple right? I guess not because I got whipped cream instead with a dirty look. This is why I pay 10$ at Starbucks . I rather pay 4 -6 $ more a coffee because I know they are going to make my drink right everytime!!
