The quality of the products has gone down. However worse than that is the terrible customer service. The people you hire are rude, incompetent not capable. There was a time people took pride in their work and had work ethic. Not any more. I have been so disappointed in the Dunkin located on Seneca Turnpike, New Hartford, NY that I may never go to another Dunkin in any location.
