If you want the classic diner experience, this is it.Funny signs everywhere, slightly too friendly staff who call you "hun" and "sweetheart", and inexpensive food.Also, they do takeout and serve breakfast all day.
Nice old family diner. Prices are more expensive than Denny's and other value diners, but your are getting good quality. I spent $21 by myself on food and coffee. It is not the highest quality experience of a family dinner I have been to, I would give it an average score.Overall, it is a good diner but does need some atmospheric, quality, and lower price improvements. If you live nearby, it would be worth a visit, and maybe every few weeks.

Food wasn't the best, grits were super watery but I could have suggested thicker if I wasn't in a rush. Overall food was filling. Service was really nice. My tab was $15 and I tipped $100 because it was on my heart to do so and the waiter I had was such a sweet girl. Not just to me but to everyone who entered the building. Those kind of people deserve recognition
