This is the worst Dunkin I have ever been to and I have been across the country and back. The last thing that people need is horrible coffee and horrible customer service in the middle of a hospital! Obviously if we are in a hospital we are already having a rough day. I have been there 3 times this week and each time and each employee has been equally horrible to work with. So I come here very often because I work at the hospital, every single one of the girls that work there are very rude, give you dirty looks and will literally argue with each other and swear in front of customers. I ordered my drink I asked for iced coffee with cold foam she (the Hispanic manager lady) said okay iced coffee with cold foam anything else. I said no that’s it and paid. It took 15 minutes to get an overly burnt sandwich. The organizational efforts on process are in need of rehabilitation.
