This Dunkin sucks.. frequently out of Oatmilk and protein milk. They will take 1 order at a time so their window time looks great. I don’t think they have ever took my order right as I got to the speaker, I’m always told to wait and this is incredibly infuriating. And the employees aren’t that nice and they are just wearing whatever.. who runs this place? It’s a dump
Love this location. Just down the road from my house so it’s super convenient. But besides that, the employees are always friendly. Ordered a delicious five dollar meal today. The coffee was perfect, the bacon wake up wrap was hot and delicious in the hash browns were hot and tasty. Thank you to the employees, keep up the great job!

Dunkin' has received positive reviews from customers. The drive-thru window staff, including a friendly individual with curly hair and black glasses, are commended for their happiness, friendliness, and efficiency. The store is very clean and well-organized, fitting a lot into a small corner lot, including parking, indoor seating, and the drive-thru. There is plenty of parking on Elmgrove and the back side; customers using the drive-thru might need to enter from Spencerport Road since the Elmgrove entrance is south-bound only and the drive-thru can back up quickly. Customers have enjoyed the hot coffees and muffins, and while some wait times might be slightly longer, the staff's efforts and friendly attitudes are appreciated. The team is still getting used to things, but they are clearly trying hard, making the overall experience pleasant.
