About Caraglio's Pizza

Caraglio's Pizza is known for providing great pizza and good value in Rochester, with friendly and helpful staff offering quality customer service. Their pizza is cooked to a nice and chewy crust, with cup and char pepperoni, and just the right amount of sauce. They have special deals on Mondays and Tuesdays, including a large cheese pizza for $12.99 plus tax during the 'All Day Special,' with extra toppings costing $2.00. Customers often call ahead to pick up their orders, and the restaurant offers an app where loyalty points can be earned to get free bread sticks, mozzarella sticks, medium cheese pizza, boneless chicken wings, or a one-topping pizza. Many customers praise the consistent quality of the pizza and the good service from staff.

However, there was an incident where a customer received a burnt pizza after three years of weekly orders, which led to some disappointment. Although they received a discount offer, it was not accepted as satisfactory, and the customer chose to take their business elsewhere. Despite this, overall, the restaurant has maintained a positive reputation for years, with many loyal customers.

Customers also mention ordering online during special promotions, though there have been some issues, such as the pizza not being cooked "well done" as requested, and the quality not being the best in Rochester. Despite these rare problems, the restaurant remains a favorite for many due to its friendly staff, good deals, and tasty pizza.
