“Food was fabulous. I am a gluten-free vegetarian so I sometimes find it hard to get anything but salad. Not here! Had a Beyond burger on a GF roll. It was wonderful. My granddaughter had an absolutely delicious (according to her) chicken sandwich and we had ice cream for dessert. Our waitress, Beth, was very friendly and took great care of us and the decor is very fun and nostalgic. We are already making plans to head back to the area this summer and we will definitely be stopping in.“
“One of my favorite local bars to go to. Unique and eclectic vibe in an old train depot building/ Food and drinks are pretty decent and the staff / service is always good. Margaret, the owner, takes the time to interact with her customers and truly makes you feel welcome.“
“Visited here on Christmas Day. Played darts, big establishment. Food orders took way longer than usual and order was taken incorrectly. However the wings I ordered were delicious. Asked for them to her fried hard. Drinks were great also. I would definitely return for the food.“
“The bar has fun arcade games and a good crowd. But I come from Pittsburgh and Philadelphia PA, where the music goes from hip hop to funk to country to soft rock to rap to reggae to golden oldies. It seems like salingers and all the bars neighboring it ONLY play county music.. and no one ever dances. Just a bar full of people standing around. But good staff and fun people. The nonstop country just gets old, but this seems to be a New York State issue, not just Salingers“
“Well, it's hard to give an accurate description of the Willow on just one visit during a rocking band jam. DR. MOXY? was an epic cover band and spot on that night. Drinks were managed well considering how packed it became in an instant. The place was clean and prices a bit high that night. We'll assume DR MOXY? has a minimum fee for providing sell out numbers.? All that said, I give em a 3.5 for being a small venue and having not ate that night ✌️?“
“This building has been home to a tavern for exactly 200 years, since 1824: “Prior to it becoming Thirsty’s in 1971, names/dates included; 1820’s being Warner’s Tavern, 1920’s being Windy’s Town Tavern, 1930’s being Scoop & Hazel and the 1960’s Tallo’s Town Tavern.”“

“This place is nothing short of amazing. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and the staff are top tier. I would highly recommend their smash burger (make it extra fancy), their latke frites, and any of their craft cocktails (though puttin' on the razz is my favorite!).“
