“At first, I was going to write a very negative review. Yesterday around noon we ordered the Classic Combo appetizer platter and the quesadillas were completely burnt. The manager on duty, Patrick told us he would write a note and we would just need to come in and tell them our name for a replacement. So last night around 8:30pm we came in and the temporary night manager said she couldn't find the note and almost didn't give us the replacement. On top of that, half of the replacement quesadillas were again burnt. Today, we spoke to Patrick and he again gave us a replacement AND an order of shrimp as an apology.“
“Tasha is always polite. Today she was be shadow by Emily and she was very attentive and polite. Love the smile from both Tasha and Emily. This is my favorite Applebee's to visit.
The waitress and waiter is always attentive and polite. At this location you don't have to wait a long time to be seated and serve.“
“Sat at the bar and had the pleasure of being served by Melissa. She was courteous, kind, and on the run every minute!
In spite of not having the supplies she needed, or a ton of orders that all needed to be filled at once, she powered through with a smile.
Tough job, tough lady. But always with a smile. Thx Melissa. This kind of service under tough conditions is rare. 😀“
“I was on a business trip and went to eat at this Applebee's on Monday. Chrissy was such a great server I had to go back again. The food was good and she kept my hot tea with honey full. I will tell you this though....her service was outstanding and the reason for my return. Additionally, the hostess who sat me, Charlotte, was a delight and really started my experience off on a great first experience.
These two ladies...especially Chrissy should be acknowledged.“
