The Applebee's on ridgedale we had two people working it was packed and it took them almost an hour and a half before they even decided to come and try to see us and then they said we would still have to wait because we had a party at 7 and they claim they didn't have enough space for us even though it was only packed in the lobby it was not packed at the seating area there was nobody being seated....
Sat at the bar and had the pleasure of being served by Melissa. She was courteous, kind, and on the run every minute!
In spite of not having the supplies she needed, or a ton of orders that all needed to be filled at once, she powered through with a smile.
Tough job, tough lady. But always with a smile. Thx Melissa. This kind of service under tough conditions is rare. 😀
There were 9 of us, the table they gave us was a little cramped, 20-30min after we were seated they put a couple with 4 kids at a much larger table! BIG complaint we ordered 2 mixed drinks when we placed our food orders about 7 min to get waters no drinks, salads appetizers came no drinks , our meal comes we asked about the drinks the waitress states the bartender had to still make them! 4 people at the bar!, restaurant not busy(go figure) we all, all 9 of us consumed our...read full review
