Incompetent workers gave me warm drinks with no ice and lids not attached, spilling all over the outside and inside of my car as they handed them to me, then I get home to find out they didn't put nuggets in my famous bowl and about a third of a scoop of Mac and cheese in my side. There weren't even other customers there so I don't know how they managed to screw up this bad. Embarrassing.
I went through the drive thru, when I got home I did not have the right chicken and the container of gravy was half full After several calls, someone finally answered. I was asked if I could come back. It was not convenient but there was really no choice. I arrive at the store and all the doors were locked. I had to go back through the drive thru. This is at 6p o n a Friday. The person at the window did not pay attention and I had to clarify more than once what the problem was....read full review

I do enjoy KFC chicken. I mostly get the crispy and original buckets/ combo. This time I only got chicken. The app isn’t the best. It glitches and then when I went to check out again the original coupon I wanted to use disappeared… so I had to chose another option. That was frustrating. However the food was good.
