“I got the kabob chicken over basmati rice with a salad. The portion was huge, so was able to get two meals out of it. The salad was dressed perfectly with just the right amount of dressing so it wasn't drowning, but all coated nicely. I especially liked the cheese over it, which melted slughtly being packed together with the rice& chicken. The chicken was browned nicely and the rice was firm yet tender with the grains not stuck together at all. It was aromatic and yummy! The service was friendly and I would definitely order from them again.“

“I have been visiting this Chick-fil-A on East Ridge Road regularly for breakfast and sometimes for lunch, and I am honestly impressed every single time.

The restaurant is always clean, organized, and welcoming. The staff is kind, professional, respectful, and attentive. You can tell there is strong training, good leadership, and a positive team culture at this location.

This has not been a one-time experience. I have visited several times, and the quality of the food, the cleanliness, and the customer service have been consistently excellent.

I took your card from the counter of the Penfield Jersey Mike's. My husband and I went there to get subs for dinner. The minute we walked in Jackson greeted us, engaged in friendly conversation and proceeded to take our orders. He was very thorough and helpful to those he worked with also. He was leadin' the store via his customers and leadin' his staff. It is rare to see that expressed so confidently and naturally it seems these days.

Jackson talked about his appreciation for Jersey Mike's subs, literally made our subs with care, when others came into the store he not only properly finished takin' care of us but multi tasked and greeted them as they also entered the store. Food was fresh, the store was clean, the staff and especially Jackson were fantastic.

I'd hire and do whatever I could to keep all the Jackson possible in the workforce.

I told him I was gonna leave a review because I hoped he would always have the work ethic and values that he displayed yesterday.

“Hungy's Grill is Pittsford's local hole-in-the-wall eatery that offers great food at a good price. My wife and I ordered their Cowboy Burger and 5 Alarms Burger. Both burgers were cooked perfectly and tasted great.

Their menu really plays up their 5 Alarms Burger, enough so that it felt like the adventurous option to choose. In reality, it was a pretty straightforward burger with some jalapeños and hot sauce to give it a little bit of kick. This burger was tasty, but it won't have you scrambling for a beverage or cause your nose to run.

Our 2 burgers and a drink cost about $21, without any sides.“

Now I know that there is still amazing people out there like her because that act of kindness made our day! I don't think I have ever seen anyone actually do that kind of thing for someone in my life! All the workers were just amazing, and even though they were very busy during their lunch rush they were kind to every single customer! Now I know that not every time you go somewhere that someone would do that for you, but Trisha didn't waste a second and decided to help us out! “Food comes up quick here, the lobby is always clean and busy with people dining inside more then most places. Much better then the East Rochester location. I do hate the touch screen order. I miss a dedicated counter person. The lag on pressing the screen and the up-selling and modification of drink when you just give me an empty cup anyway. Its too many screens. I would try the app but it's got a 1.3 stay rating... Okay I started using the app and its great. I order when i leave the driveway and my food is always on the counter 8 mins later when I arrive. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was lively, welcoming, and well put together. The place has a great energy to it without feeling chaotic, which is not easy to pull off in a chain setting. The food was genuinely impressive—fresh, well-prepared, and clearly made with some pride.

What really stood out, though, was the service. The young staff—college kids, around 19—handled themselves like seasoned professionals. Friendly, attentive, and sharp. No attitude, no distractions, just solid, genuine hospitality. They paid attention to the details and made the experience feel personal, not scripted.

Bottom line: strong food, great atmosphere, and service that punches above its weight. This is how a chain restaurant should operate. I’ll be back.“

“Stopped in for dinner after a long road trip. Usually have a good experience at most Arby's but this was just a bit off.

Pros: the place was clean and the staff was SUPER friendly. Customer service is definitely worth noting. Easy entry and exit from the parking lot as well.

Cons: Food was either old or overcooked. The roast beef sandwiches were ok, but the chicken sandwiches we ordered were dry. The curly fries and the fried maccaroni bites were inedible. They were so burnt/ overcooked as if they had been sitting in oil for days.

I'm hoping this was just "one of those days", but when you spend $30+ on food, you hope you can at least get through half of it.“
