Firehouse Subs Reviews
This is the third time getting a sub from this sub place. First two times Dee-lish!!!

Ordered two meatball subs using DoorDash. The subs were lukewarm at best when I opened the package, and I do not think it was the fault of either the driver or Old Man Winter. I've had food delivered before in the winter and it never arrived in this condition. I spoke to the store's "general manager." Firehouse Subs on West Henrietta Road offers delicious subs with a generous amount of meats and tasty bread. The polite and helpful crew is dedicated to providing a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Guests enjoy the fast service and friendly interactions, often praising the owner for their humor and the story behind the business. The restaurant is known for supporting the local community and first responders. It's a clean and comfortable place to eat, with parking available. While slightly above average in price, the quality of the subs is worth it. Some customers have inquired about hosting events, though follow-up communication could be improved. Overall, Firehouse Subs provides a positive dining experience.
The subs are very good, with customers particularly enjoying the bread and the endless combination options. Some guests have noted the prices are a little high, but the quality and the fact that a portion of the proceeds go to a good cause make it worthwhile. Customers have also appreciated the first responder discount and the friendly staff, who are willing to accommodate special requests, like no pickles. The local shop is seen as better than the food truck, and the new Greece location is also generating excitement among regular customers.
